What to Avoid After Lip Filler Treatment

Avoid drinking from straws for 24 hours after treatments
Don’t massage the area unless your doctor instructs you to
We recommend not having facial massages for two weeks after treatment
No fish oil, or vitamin E tablets for two weeks, as this can increase the chance of bruising

What to do After Treatment

We recommend no exercise for the first 24 hours following your treatment. Also avoid any anything that will encourage extra heat or sweat to the area such as hot showers, saunas and steam rooms.

You want to keep the area cool and calm, so avoid anything that increases blood flow.
