Mole removal
Most moles are harmless and sometime they are located on parts of the body which a patient would prefer that they weren’t, like the face.
No matter your reasons for removing a mole, either cosmetic or skin cancer prevention, it is important to seek proper medical guidance, for someone like our Dr Watson with a wealth of experience in this area.
At Define Laser & Cosmetic Clinic we offer two options for cosmetic mole removal; laser, and a radio frequency device. Laser mole removal is used on smaller moles and uses thermal energy to break the mole down. The Ellman device is used to cosmetically remove moles quickly and effectively by contouring to your skin surface. These procedures are all carried out under a local anaesthetic, and are relatively straightforward.
If you’re considering mole removal, your most important consideration should always be safety, the expertise of your practitioner and the products being used.
